Are prices VAT included?
VAT at 20% is included in the products sold on our website.
Can I pay by bank transfer (Havale/EFT)?
Yes. You can pay for your orders by bank transfer (Havale/EFT) from your bank account.
Which carriers do you work with?
Because of both the weight and the space pilates equipment takes up, it cannot be sent with ordinary parcel carriers. Domestic orders are therefore sent with Ambar Kargo.
How many days until my pilates equipment order arrives?
Because pilates equipment is manufactured after the order, it is produced and delivered within 1–7 business days.
Do your products have certificates?
Our products are manufactured to European Union standards and hold ISO 45001:2018, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 10002:2018 and ISO 14001:2015 strength and durability certificates. They are used in 12 countries and in more than 3,000 studios. You can review our certificates on the About page.
How long is the warranty?
Our products are covered by a 2-year mechanical warranty.
Does the carrier carry the product into the home?
Because of both the weight and the space our pilates equipment takes up, it cannot be sent with ordinary parcel carriers. Domestic orders are therefore sent with Ambar Kargo. Ambar Kargo brings your product to your address, but after it is unloaded from the vehicle they do not help move it to another place, or into a home or workplace. That responsibility belongs entirely to the buyer.
